About the coach
I'm Csongor.
Team Cshxngi.
I wasn't born athletic, confident or disciplined. My story actually starts from the complete opposite of that. For years I struggled with my body, my mindset and the habits that were quietly chipping away at my confidence and the quality of my life. At my heaviest I was overweight, unhealthy, hooked on instant gratification and pretty much disconnected from the person I knew I wanted to become.
Fitness was the first thing that actually changed that. What started as a simple goal to lose weight slowly turned into a full rebuild, physically and mentally. Through years of consistency, self-education and a lot of trial and error, I lost over 45 kilograms and put my lifestyle back together from the ground up. Somewhere along the way it stopped being about the scale. I learned that real transformation isn't only training and nutrition. It's identity, structure, daily habits, and learning how to keep going on the days motivation is nowhere to be found.
Over time people started reaching out for help. Not because I had it all figured out, but because they recognised themselves in my story. I know what it feels like to hate your own reflection, to feel stuck, to binge, to lose confidence, to scroll through endless fitness advice online and feel more lost than when you started. That's exactly why my coaching is built around realistic, sustainable change instead of short bursts of motivation that fade in two weeks.
I've worked with clients who wanted to lose fat, build muscle, get their confidence back, build discipline and finally bring some structure to their week. My approach blends training, nutrition, accountability, mindset and long-term habit work. I'm not interested in fake fitness culture or quick fixes. I'm interested in helping people get physically and mentally stronger while building a lifestyle they can actually keep.
Fitness gave me a second shot at life. Now the whole point of Team Cshxngi is helping other people get that same shot for themselves.
