Goal
Lean gain
Starting point Bor was 76 kg, training consistently but bouncing between mini cuts and half-hearted bulks. Strength had been flat for almost a year.
The process A proper lean-gain block. Calories sat around 3200 with 200P / 385C / 80F, training was a four-day upper/lower split with progressive overload tracked week to week, and we adjusted based on weekly photos, weight averages and gym performance.
The outcome Finished at 85 kg looking visibly fuller, with every main lift hitting a lifetime best. No crash, no rebound, just a real off-season that actually moved the needle.
"I'd been spinning my wheels for a year. First time I actually grew without the bloat. Programming and check-ins made the difference."
