What you get
- A fully custom training program built around your goal, your training age, the days you actually train and the equipment in front of you.
- Personalised nutrition with written adjustment rules, so you know exactly what to change when the scale stalls for ten days.
- Weekly check-in review: I read your numbers, look at your photos from the same angles in the same light, and send back written feedback, not a thumbs up.
- A direct message line to me. Not a support desk, not an assistant. Me.
- Plan updates whenever your life changes: new job, injury, holiday, a week of night shifts. The plan bends, you don't quit.
- Cshxngi Academy included free for as long as you're coached.

How it works
Your first seven days, in order.
- Day 1You pay, you get the onboarding form: goals, history, injuries, schedule, food you actually eat, current lifts, photos.
- Day 2We do a call or a long voice exchange. I ask the uncomfortable questions about sleep, alcohol, stress and consistency.
- Day 3Your training program lands, with the reasoning next to every exercise so you know why it's there.
- Day 4Your nutrition setup lands: targets, meal skeleton, and the rules for adjusting it.
- Day 5First session done. You send video of your main lift, I send back technique notes.
- Day 7First check-in. We fix what's already annoying you and lock the rhythm for the next weeks.
