What you get
- A 1:1 live video session, one hour, camera on, working on your body and not a generic checklist.
- Every mandatory pose for your division, drilled until you can hit it tired.
- Transitions and the stage walk, because half of what the panel sees is the movement between poses.
- A recorded breakdown of the session that you keep and rehearse from.
Who it's for
- You have a show, a shoot or a check-in and you want to look like you train.
- You've built the physique and you're losing points on presentation.
Who it's not for
- You want a full prep. Take the Contest Prep package, posing is included.
- You're not willing to rehearse between sessions.
How it works
Your first seven days, in order.
- Day 1Payment, then you send current photos and your division or the look you're going for.
- Day 2We book the slot and I tell you what to wear and how to light the room.
- Day 3–5The session itself: mandatories, transitions, walk, and the fixes specific to your structure.
- Day 6Recording and written notes sent over.
- Day 7You rehearse against the recording. Send me a clip and I'll tell you what's still off.
